What is Microtonal Music?

Got it working by doing the following:
Go to “_LICENSE” copy “license_status.dat” to:
/Users/Shared/Infinitone/infinitone 2/usersettings
instuctions included are incorrect
I can’t get this to work, did anyone else have luck?
