New: A General Overhaul:

This update brings a major redesign of the user interface for accessing, configuring and updating PopClip.
A completely new settings window, no longer attached to the menu bar.
The menu bar icon now opens as a standard macOS menu instead of a custom popover, which eliminates issues with menu bar manager apps such as Bartender.
All functions in the menu bar are duplicated in the settings window (including Quit), so you can now hide the menu bar icon permanently and not lose any functionality. Open the Settings window at any time by relaunching PopClip (from Finder, Spotlight, etc.).
The “On/Off” setting is renamed as “Appear automatically” to more accurately indicate its effect. Many users did not know that PopClip can still be made to appear when “Off” via the keyboard shortcut or AppleScript trigger, so I hope this will help clarify the overall app logic.
A subtle update to the appearance of the PopClip bar, using the “vibrancy” effect in the background, both to modernise the look and to improve legibility.
A much improved software update flow, with a proper “Check for updates” command (finally!), unobtrusive notifications in the settings window (no sudden pop-ups), and a new, opt-in, “Install automatically” option.
Other refinements for a more comfortable experience.
