Why host a non-cracked app that doesn’t work FFS?
Got it to work by doing the following:
– Uninstall previous version by using AppCleaner
– Downloaded CMM5 from the legit website
– Proceed to allow access to HD, but blocked all network access using Lulu
– Once completed, uninstall legit CMM5 by using AppCleaner
– Install K’ed’ version and allow access to HD
– Blocked network traffic using Lulu
– Done.
It says ” You are using an illegal copy of CleanMyMac.” Even tho I download a lower version
Find CleanMyMacX 4.15.1 and use this version; anything I have posted will not work.
After try out this 507 version, the previously fine working 503 no longer works.

What’s the point of uploading when it doesn’t work?
Work for me. Sonoma 14.7.1 on an Intel hackintosh.
Delete the K’ed, if installed = Uninstall any previously installed cracked version—preferably using an uninstaller like ‘App Cleaner & Uninstaller’.
This app is basically malware and its a resource hog. I’ve switched to Onyx with App Cleaner, both free!
Delete the K’ed, How?
It refers to any old cracked version of CMM you may have still (partly) installed.
To resign and dequarantine you need to run this command in terminal:
xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine CleanMyMac_5.app

Can anyone translate the README instructions into plain English? What does “Delete the K’ed” mean?
Dont work
Apple n’a pas pu confirmer que « CleanMyMac » ne contenait pas de logiciel malveillant susceptible d’endommager votre Mac ou de porter atteinte à votre vie privée.
That’s the standard message when you try to install apps that are from non-Apple approved sources. Go into Settings > Privacy and Security, and scroll down to the bottom. You’ll see the message about how the app was blocked from opening. You can bypass the warning from there and install.
Since it isn’t cracked by TNT, that explains why it won’t work.
