That did it! Worked for me with clarification to step 03:
Step 03 : After running the app(original version) once, close it and delete it by dragging application from Application folder to trash (ie. don’t use an uninstaller program).
I saw this and I did the same it worked for me.
+++ I found the solution for crashing
Step 01 : first delete 5.0.4 cracked version (replaced it)
Step 02 : install original 5.0.4 version from the main website (search download cleanmymac in google)
Step 03 : After running the app(original version) ones, close it and delete it
Step 04 : Install 5.0.4 cracked version again
